South Western Railway (updated 20th March 2020)
We will reduce the number of services we will be running from Monday 23 March. Passengers are urged to follow the latest Government advice and only travel if necessary: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-stay-at-home-guidance.  

Some alterations to services will continue in the meantime due to last minute cancellations from staff being unavailable, before the amended timetable is introduced on Monday.

First Bus (updated 20th March 2020)
We are moving to a reduced timetable from Monday 23rd March, whilst still doing all we can to support those who need to travel in peak periods. We will be revising all City Red timetables to operate a Saturday service on Monday to Fridays from Monday 23 March 2020.

Bus Pass Restrictions Lifted
Hampshire County Council is supporting older residents during the Coronavirus outbreak is by removing the restriction on using free bus passes before 9:30am. From Friday 20 March 2020, the start time restrictions will be lifted so people can use their bus pass at any time.

The Government’s social distancing guidelines for people over 70 are can be found online and information on handwashing can be found via the NHS web pages.
